Prices are per person and include three nights of lodging, all meals, workshops, performances, and use of rehearsal spaces and equipment. Camp activities are held at Full Moon Resort. Full Moon features an eclectic array of comfortable, air conditioned country-inn accommodations from simple B&B style guest rooms to premium cottages equipped with private mountain view deck, "smart" TV and luxury bathrooms. “Primitive” campsites and luxury, pre-set glamping packages are also available.
Accommodations are just steps away from daily activities. Enjoy the spring-fed swimming pool, walking paths along the pristine Esopus Creek, and explore the splendors of the Catskills on the nearby network of hiking trails.
Note: If you are registering for yourself and another person, you will need to select two of the “double occupancy” options. On the registration form, you will indicate your roommate preference and if you would prefer one shared bed or two separate beds.

Tent Camping/Commuter: $1,500
Camping: Bring Your Own tent, bedding, towels etc. Nearby Deluxe restroom and shower trailer.
Commuting: Access to all workshops, performances and 3 meals a day. No indoor lodging included. Stay at a nearby hotel, airbnb or commute from home!
Pre-Pitched Tent Camping: $1,700
Pre-Set weatherproof tent with queen size memory foam mattress pad, air conditioning/heat and electrical outlet. Bring your own linens & towels.
Glamping $2,000
Weather-proof tent on raised platform including A/C, queen bed, bedside table and lamp, linens, towels, electric outlets with nearby restroom and showers.
Yurt Glamping: $1,800
Triple occupancy, pre-set, weather-proof tent structure on raised platform including three twin beds with linens, towels, electric outlets with nearby restroom and shower. Shared with two roommates of the same gender identity. Specific roommates may be requested.
Standard Room, Shared Bath: Double: $1,900
B&B style Guest Room with two twin beds, sink, vanity, A/C & shared hall bathroom. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise a roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.
Standard Room, Shared Bath: Single: $2,600
Single occupancy Simple Guest Room with queen bed, sink, vanity, A/C & shared hall bathroom.
Standard Room, Private Bath: Double: $2,100
Double occupancy, en suite Guest Room with two twin beds, tile bathroom & A/C. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise a roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.
Deluxe Room, Private Bath: Double: $2,300
Motel style Guest Room with two twin beds featuring custom tile bathroom with radiant heat, sitting area, mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV & A/C. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise a roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.
Deluxe Cottage, Semi-Private Bath: Single: $2,900
Two-bedroom cottage with private bedroom, cozy living room, kitchenette, custom tile bathroom & A/C. Specific housemate may be requested, otherwise a housemate of same gender identity will be assigned.
Premium Cottage, Private Bath: Double: $2,500

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
Rates are per-person and subject to applicable processing fees
All registrations and payments are 100% non-refundable
Music Masters Collective events have a no cancellation policy
Due to the nature of our events and strict cancellation policies, Music Masters Collective strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance.
Music Masters Collective Inc., reserves the right to refuse a sale, reject a sale, deny admission, or remove from an event, any person for any reason, including but not limited to, any harm or potential harm that person might cause, violation of the law, threats, disorderly behavior, failure to make timely payment, illegal activity, or for any other reason that is not prohibited by law.
ROOMMATES
If registering for a double occupancy package, your room will be Shared with one roommate. Specific roommates may be requested. If one is not requested, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender identity. You will have the option to indicate your roommate preference, and if you would prefer one queen bed, on your registration form.
Note: We cannot hold a spot for someone unless they are registered. Roommates must select the same package and indicate each other as roommate preference on their registration forms.
MINORS
Magical Mystery Camp at Full Moon Resort is designed for participants 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted at Full Moon Resort without their legal guardian or other adult designated by the participant’s legal guardian as chaperone. If you are an adult attempting to register a minor or if you are a minor attempting to register, you must call Music Masters Collective for further details and to make appropriate arrangements. COVID-19
Policies will be implemented based on current government regulations and may be adjusted from the time or your registration to the time of the event.
By registering for the event, the participant agrees to adhere to the Covid-19 policies set forth at the time of the event.
